Lighting control system needs a total rethink!!! Glass wall separating the toilet from the room lacks privacy, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, finding the hotel is a real hassle due to poor signage!!!

I had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony where I really appreciated the gluten-free breakfast options and the unique decor. The spa lounge and therapeutic massages were just what I needed to unwind after a long day exploring. The only downside was that the shower could use a grab handle for better safety, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a special getaway! 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of fresh fruit and artisanal pastries. The only downside was that the air conditioning could be more effective during warm nights.

Breakfast included locally caught fish that was fresh and delicious. Although the wine tour experience had a less personal touch at larger wineries, the family-run Berarte winery was truly memorable. Staff were exceptional, with David providing remarkable insights into local wines, but some aspects of the service had room for improvement.
